High School Boys – Elite Age Group (16 & 18 Under)
This program is built for high-performance athletes poised to compete at the national and collegiate level. Only players with a true commitment to excellence are a match for this team. Here’s what we offer:

• Divided into up to three tiers, based on skill, attitude and dedication — ensuring the optimal competitive environment for each athlete.

• Full participation in practices and tournaments is required: this is not a casual stream, but a year-round, high-intensity program designed for serious development.

• Note: This program runs outside of the high-school water-polo season so athletes can maximize club training and exposure without conflict.

• Tryouts are mandatory for all new athletes — our selection process ensures only those with the right mindset and skill level join. Returning athletes can register without a tryout.

• All participants must hold Gold-level membership with USA Water Polo, showing full readiness for national-caliber competition.
